are carrot tops edible?
I got soem wonderful organic carrots. Is there anything unhealthy about eating the tops? Thety look so wonderfully green, and healthy.

Mon, December 10, 2007 - 10:30 AMThe famous psychic Edgar Cayce said that it was a shame most people threw away the carrot tops, as that's where he said a lot of the nutrients were. He said to include a little of the green portion if possible. I think this was specifically supposed to be helpful for bad eyesight. -

On another tribe I got feedback that they were slightly toxic. I hav ea feeelign I heard or read that before.
I am going to try them in small amounts in salads.

the kids and i hammer them onto fabrics and paper-- can make lots of fairy creatures--gift cards--wrapping paper....
