    <summary type="html">The famous psychic Edgar Cayce said that it was a shame most people threw away the carrot tops, as that's where he said a lot of the nutrients were.  He said to include a little of the green portion if possible.  I think this was specifically supposed to be helpful for bad eyesight.</summary>
