they're fun too. the kids and i hammer them onto fabrics and paper-- can make lots of fairy creatures--gift cards--wrapping paper....

I have harvested wild carrot leaves for salad, so I don't see why you can't eat them.

The famous psychic Edgar Cayce said that it was a shame most people threw away the carrot tops, as that's where he said a lot of the nutrients were. He said to include a little of the green portion if possible. I think this was specifically supposed to be helpful for bad eyesight.

Hello are carrot tops edible? I got soem wonderful organic carrots. Is there anything unhealthy about eating the tops? Thety look so wonderfully green, and healthy.
