I saw this company exhibiting at the Bioneers conference 2 years ago, and was really interested in their kitchen composter. Has anyone heard of or used any of this company's products? I am a little wary of the company's claims, since I don't know anything about "microbial" soil amendments, et al. It sounds good on the surface, but the fact that they have several products which supposedly "structure" water makes me suspicious of the scientific validity.
