The harvest moons on the way--this will be a fairly fast harvest for our farm--applecart fruit.,
only two thirds of a set on the apples this year-frost got em.,
gonna be some big apples.,fun pickin.,';a fair run on pears comin up
and a light crop on plums--once again.,cold weather

Mon, August 17, 2009 - 2:03 PMIt's been such an unusually cool and cloudy summer that nothing is getting ripe. I have the biggest tomatoes I've ever grown and they're solid green. I think I'll be ripening a lot of stuff in the crawl space this fall. -
