Damn right. I thought my garden was done, but the lettuce (which I let go to seed) re-seeded, so when I pulled out the old plants to prep for winter and then didn't get back to it for a few days in October...BOOM! Lettuce shot up.
Now we're mid-November and even had a couple of light snows, and I'm about to go pick some more lettuce.
I had no idea lettuce was so hearty!

we've also had snow in october (never happened here in history) and my broccoli has made a few more heads as well! -
