      <description>Damn right. I thought my garden was done, but the lettuce (which I let go to seed) re-seeded, so when I pulled out the old plants to prep for winter and then didn't get back to it for a few days in October...BOOM! Lettuce shot up. &#xD;
&#xD;
Now we're mid-November and even had a couple of light snows, and I'm about to go pick some more lettuce.&#xD;
&#xD;
I had no idea lettuce was so hearty!</description>
