Re: I spy growing in my garden.....................
Mon, April 14, 2008 - 9:54 AMI am already into greens overproduction! this is good, because I already processed and froze a few pounds of greens this weekend. My baby brassica mix was going crazy (collards, russian kale, lacinato, cauliflower); and I also had too many turnip greens, so some got frozen with radish greens. I already picked baby bok choi once and my gai lan is ready to pick. Some of them will get frozen too, it will be nice to have the preserved greens when it is 100F in the garden over the summer and only tomatoes, peppers and eggplants are growing.
