so i just finished watching Daniel Vitalis presentation on natural spring water and am now interested in finding a spring near me where i can bottle my own spring water.
Anyone know of any springs in the Massachusetts area? or NH perhaps?

Re: natural springs in/near massachusetts?
Tue, June 16, 2009 - 12:19 PMYou should make sure the water has been tested before you start drinking it. Spring water can pick up all kinds of contaminants.
Also, while it's an attractive idea, it's not necessarily a very sustainable one.

Re: natural springs in/near massachusetts?
Tue, June 16, 2009 - 8:39 PMThere is a spring here near my folks in the White Mountains of NH, probably one of many. We always stopped there when I was a kid, and it tasted so good, and so cold too! A welcome respite on a summer day, in a heavily wooded area with clean runoff from the National Forest. But, sorry, I don't remember exactly where it is. As for the "unsustainability" of spring water, or of filling up one's own bottles, I just don't get it. Transporting it for a distance, or contributing to the bottled water industry, yeah, that's obviously not sustainable. But...drinking from a spring? And bringing some home with you? Don't let anone spoil your fun. Enjoy.
