Neem Oil is pretty widely available around here (the SF Bay Area), so just take a look in the toxic (ie fertilizer & pioson) section of any garden shop, you might find it!

Neem oil is effective (4 teaspoons to a gallon of water--some folks also include a teaspoon or so of dishwashing liquid), as is using strong water sprays, imitating a good rainshower. It knocks the buggies off (be sure to get under the leaves). Using this method I put a serious hurting on the spider mites that were attacking two of my plants. They've yet to return.

If you are using neem oil make sure you don't use it for about 1 to 2 weeks before harvest so you son't have any of the residue and taste left, and you can find neem oil at any garden or hydroponic supply store.

It's a homeopathic spray, and I think you have to get it from an independant distributor. I'll find out more and let you know, it was a sample. I know neem can be bought at a health food store, and that it works, but it's kind of harsh. This stuff was just like water. Let me get back to you for sure.
