Has anyone ever tried growing chick peas? I got some fresh ones in the pod from the market recently and they're incredibly delicious. I'd never seen them before and was wondering if anyone has had some experience growing them?

You have to watch out that when flowering/podding that the rain no gets them to wet'
or the peas sprout in the pods or rot'

We grew them late in the summer last year' in UK here'
They grew alongside sugar peas'
Watch the snails no eat them when they are young'
They grow as bushes' no like a pea at all'
